Business School, Renmin University of China (RMBS) (http://www.rmbs.ruc.edu.cn) is one of the top business schools in China, accredited by both AACSB and EQUIS. The School offers BBA, MBA/EMBA, MS and PhD degrees as well as executive education (EE) programs. The School is ranked No.1 by the Ministry of Education of China for its Business Administration discipline, and its MBA, EMBA, and EE programs are all ranked in the global top 50 by the Financial Times.

The school invites applications for multiple full-time positions starting from the 2022-23 Academic Year. All ranks will be considered.

Applicants must have (or expect to have) a doctorate degree in industrial economics, international trade, corporate finance, asset pricing, behavioral finance, information system, operations management, accounting, organization and human resource, marketing, strategic management, and related fields before July 2022. Applicants for assistant professor positions should have the capability to conduct research aimed toward top-tier journals, and more senior applicants should have a proven record of distinguished scholarship and teaching effectiveness.

The compensation package (including salary, relocation fund, and fringe benefits) is competitive and commensurate with qualifications. Special assistants will be provided to help foreign faculty adapt to life in Beijing. In addition, the School supports high-quality research with abundant research grants. Due to its strong alumni network and close relationship with business communities, the School also provides its faculty opportunities to collaborate with practitioners from the industry and to conduct field research or gain access to big data.
