RMBS raised the curtain of EMBA education in China by launching EMBA program jointly with the State University of New York at Baffalo in 1998, which was assessed as the best Sino-foreign joint EMBA program by the Ministry of Education. In 2002, approved by the Academic Degrees Office of the State Council, RMBS was among the first to run EMBA program in China. It has put forth the philosophy of EMBA education---“upgrading oneself and contributing to the society”.

With 20 years of continuous development, RMBS EMBA program has set up a team of faculty with well structured knowledge, outstanding academic achievement, rigorous and pragmatic academic style and rich practical experience. Among them, some are productive academics with thorough knowledge of Chinese and Western management philosophy, and some are senior corporate management consultants. With profound knowledge of modern management philosophy and skills, they are able to apply management theories to practices with years of EMBA teaching experience, thus are widely acclaimed by students.
