As one of China’s premier business schools, Renmin Business School (RMBS) boasts the longest history of management education in China, dating back to 1950, and it is known as the pioneer of Chinese business education. Our school’s strength are grounded in the rich accumulation of intellectual assets of our parent university in the humanities and social sciences, a long standing tradition of close integration between theory and practice, high quality faculty, close engagement with enterprises and governments, and a large alumni base.

The School’s mission is “to contribute Chinese management wisdom and global leadership talents to the world” and it is on track to become “a world-class business school as the expert in Chinese management”. The business administration discipline was rated as A+ (the highest level) in the latest round of national assessment by the Ministry of Education (MOE), and is being supported by the MOE to grow into a world-class discipline.
