Ⅰ. Program Introduction
1. Background
Renmin University of China (RUC), Luiss Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali Guido Carli (LUISS) and George Washington University (GW) launched ACE program, the first-ever global joint triple bachelor program in Business Administration in 2022. The ACE（America，China，Europe） program rests on a new mode of international business education in talent training and in cultivating future global business leaders.
The program is devoted to developing students’ global vision, problem-solving skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Students in the ACE program will live and study in three capital cities and truly experience different societies, economic atmospheres, and cultures. Students will learn to solve complex business problems and grow as both a competent professional and a self-reliant individual. After graduation, students will be prepared to become business leaders in the future with a broad global vision.
2. Developmental Goals
The ACE program aims to cultivate future business leaders with global perspectives, cross-cultural communication skills (across European, American, and Chinese cultures), and diversified ways of business thinking. The program is targeted at developing students’ abilities to communicate in cross-cultural settings and to solve complex problems in international businesses. Students will be trained in cutting-edge business theories and practices to truly understand business and management practices from a global perspective. They will develop their problem-solving skills, communication skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and a sense of social responsibility.
3. Program Roadmap
The duration of the ACE program is 4 academic years. The program recruits 15 students from China, Italy, and the United States respectively to form a class of 45 students each year. Each cohort of 45 students will study together in Italy, China, and US during the second through fourth year in the program.
Renmin University of China. Students admitted from China will spend their first and third academic years at RUC, the second academic year at the University of Louis in Italy, and the fourth academic year at George Washington University in the U.S.
Luiss Guido Carli (Italy). Students admitted from Italy will spend their first and second academic years at LUISS, the third academic year at Renmin University of China, and the fourth academic year at GW in the U.S.
George Washington University (USA). Students admitted from the United States will spend their first and fourth academic years at GW, the second academic year at the LUISS in Italy, and the third academic year at Renmin University of China.
After earning all the credits required in the curriculum plan, students will receive three Bachelor’s degrees in Management awarded by RUC (Business Administration), LUISS (Business Administration), and GW (Business Administration/International Business), respectively.
4. Career Opportunities after Graduation
With a global vision, students will be familiar with the business environments and culture of Asia, Europe, and the United States and be prepared for a successful career in the global market. Students can seek various career opportunities, including those pertaining to cross-border management, governmental administration, international organizations, financial institutions, among many others.
Ⅱ. Program Highlights
1. Powerful Collaboration among Top Universities
The ACE triple degree program is not only highly innovative but also competitive as it takes advantage of the strengths of three world-renowned universities. With three bachelor’s degrees, students will be competitive in the job markets in an international environment, and will also develop a solid foundation for further academic studies.
2. Immersive Business and Cultural Experiences
Students admitted to the ACE program will receive two years of education at the home country, plus two years of immersive academic and life experiences at two other top universities in foreign countries.
3. Practice-based and innovation-oriented curriculum
The ACE program is jointly developed by three world-renowned universities. The program consists of a system of modules including general and professional knowledge, innovation research and practical education, outward-bound courses and development guidance. At Renmin University of China, the program will offer specialized modules such as the “Understanding China” module, which allows students to truly understand doing business in China through guest lectures and company visits. The “Enterprises Study Tour” module allows students to “learn by doing” to truly experience the cutting-edge practices of digital transformation and organizational reconstruction of enterprises. The “Chinese Culture” module helps students to immerse themselves in the Chinese culture.

Students with Chinese passports interested in the ACE program shall contact Renmin University of China for detailed information about the application process. Other students should contact either GW or LUISS.
