Chinese Enterprise Management Case and Qualitative Research Forum (2012) & the 6th RUC Management Forum Closes

On November 10, the Chinese Enterprise Management Case and Qualitative Research Forum (2012) & the 6th RUC Management Forum, jointly sponsored by RBS and Management World, was held at the Run Run Shaw Conference Center of RUC. With the theme Innovative and Sustainable Development of Chinese Enterprise Management, the forum is held in various forms of subject reports, workshops, side forums and round table discussions.

The annual conference attracted some 400 scholars and specialists from 112 universities and schools including Tsinghua University, Peking University, Fudan University, China Europe International Business School, National Chengchi University, National University of Singapore, Imperial College of London, etc.

Opening Ceremony

At 8:30am on November 10, the vice-dean of RBS and chair of the Forum Procedure Committee, Professor Mao Jiye declared the forum open. The vice-president of RUC, dean of RBS and chair of the Forum Supervisory Committee Professor Yin Zhihong delivered the opening speech. On behalf of the host university, Professor Yin warmly welcomed all the distinguished guests and scholars from home and abroad presenting at the forum. She noted that over the past six years of cooperative effort with Management World, the Chinese Enterprise Case Forum has achieved a sound reputation and wide interest and support in the field of management. With the increasing number of research papers published and improvements in research methodology and quality, the forum has over 200 registered members and exceeds 150 papers submitted each year. It has developed into the most important academic platform for enterprise management case research and education in China.
