Members of IMPM visited RBS The Chinese Module of IMPM catching public attention

On May 18, the members of IMPM (International Maters Program in Practicing Management), which was founded by world’s renowned management master Henry Mintzberg, came to EMBA Center of RBS for a ten-day visit. The 27 members are senior managers of international giant corporations in twelve countries including Credit Suisse, International Committee of the Red Cross, Deutsche Lufthansa AG, LG, Pohang Iron and Steel, Brazil National Economic and Social Development Bank, etc. They will study Chinese cooperation in EMBA Center of RBS for a deep understanding of Chinese economy and culture as well as the cooperation in different cultures with a special angel of management relationship.

At the first lecture, Vice-president of RUC and dean of RBS Prof. Yi Zhihong made an opening speech in which she expressed warm welcome to the guests and then introduced RUC and RBS. The IMPM members showed great interests in the innovative development of RBS and raised many questions to Vice-president Yi.

Designed and executed by CMPM team led by Vice-dean Prof. Song Hua and director of EMBA Center Feng Yunxia, the Chinese Cooperation Module of IMPM will offer IMPM members the studies about stakeholder cooperation, enterprise cooperation and Chinese characterized relationship cooperation in terms of history, culture and business aspects. The specially designed courses regarding Chinese economy in thirty years and Chinese rural cooperation model are offered for the members to have better understanding of China, especially Chinese characterized management.
