"Mobile Class" of Chief Human Resource Officer Program Held in Qingdao

From March 6th to 9th, the Chief Human Resource Officer Program of Executive Education (EE) conducted the "mobile class" in Qingdao, which comprised visits to well-reputed companies, major specific module delivery and best practice sharing. Forty participants from Beijing and Qingdao had a enjoyable time during the "mobile class."

 

 
On March 7th, CEO of 91 Match, a job-seeking website, Wang Xinyu delivered a session titled Employee Evaluation and Screening -- Evidence Based Talent Identification. In the following two days, Professor Wen Yueran from RUC's School of Labor and Human Resources predicted the direction of China's payment reform through nterpretation of NPC and CPPCC government work report, and carried out in-depth discussion regarding Recognition Reward with students. During the reflection session, Ms. Jiang Yijuan shared the flexible benefit system implemented at ChinaUnicom, Shanghai.

 




The CHO Program was launched by RBS in 2008 and is regarded the most authoritative and pragmatic high-end human resource management program in the country. This program relies upon Renmin University's disciplinary advantages and expetise in human resource management and is jointly delivered with another HR management education vanguard from the U.S, Cornell School of Labor and Industrial Relations. It also holds academic events in collaboration with Chinese Human Resource Theory and Practice Association annually.
