In the evening of January 4, 2009, Professor Chen Yongjun, Vice President of RBS, with his enthusiastic and humorous speech, won warm applauses from the participants at the Chinese New Year reception held by the annual conference of the Chinese Economists Society (CES) in San Francisco, the United States of America; whilst at the conference, the recruitment booths set by RBS also attracted the most attention that night.
To speed up the pace of building RBS into a top-ranking business school, it has sent recruiting information to concerned institutions worldwide in September 2008.
Having got more than 100 candidates signing up and sending application materials, leaders of RBS made an earnest analysis of the changing situation of overseas personnel market and decided to form a delegation for the first time to attend Chinese Economists Society’s (CES) annual personnel recruitment activity this year. Compared with the previous years, the number of this year’s candidate registrations and interviews over doubled. A “bumper harvest” seems a foregone conclusion.
