Leaders of RBS Attended 2009 EFMD Meeting for Deans & Directors General in Italy

promoting accreditation process and uplifting the level of internationalization
From January 28th to February 1st, 2009, on the invitation from the European Foundation for Management Development (hereinafter referred to EFMD), Yi Zhihong, dean of RBS, and Zhao Jinlan, associate dean of RBS, attended 2009 EFMD Meeting for Deans & Directors General in Milan, Italy, exchanging ideas with others on issues of EQUIS accreditation and internalization of RBS.

Professor Yi Zhihong , dean of RBS, carried out extensive exchanges in the meeting with the vice president of Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, and presidents of Faculty of Business, Lancaster University, Copenhagen Business School(CBS), Aarhus School of Business, and presidents of a number of other prestigious Business schools of France, the Netherlands, the United States, South Korea, Thailand, etc. In addition, she also communicated with Prof. Julio Urgel on the issue of RBS’ accreditation; Prof. Julio Urgel made a feasibility assessment of it last October. He said that he was quite impressed by the teaching and research level and social influences of RBS, and that in the future RBS should enhance international exchanges with renowned business schools to further improve its internationalization level.　

After EFMD meeting, Professor Yi Zhihong paid a visit to British GLASGOW University and the Cass Business School, City University, London from February 3 to February 9.
