On November 26, the 14th China Annual Conference for Human Resources Management in 2021 & the 11th China Human Resources Management Awards Ceremony Held in the Renmin University of China. It was organized by Renmin Business School (RMBS) and China Human Resources Theory and Practice Association, jointly sponsored by FESCO, Yonyou Network and Beijing Guohua Links Technology.
YE Kangtao, Dean of RMBS, made a speech. He said that RMBS took the lead among the domestic universities in putting forward the strategy of “digital transformation and high-quality growth of Chinese enterprises”. It seeks to identify the transformation paths and approaches that are most suitable for Chinese enterprises, aiming to better empower these enterprises and contribute to world management theories.
XING Ying, Deputy General Manager of FESCO, made remarks and introduced FESCO’s digital human resources services.
MAO Jiye, former Dean of RMBS, made a keynote speech. He pointed out that digital transformation is rooted in people and should be personalized for different enterprises.
Professor ZHOU Yu, RMBS teaching excellence award winner and Secretary General of China Human Resources Theory and Practice Association, delivered a keynote speech. He encourages enterprises to design appropriate methodology to upgrade the organizational system.
ZHANG Yueqiang, Vice President of Yonyou Network Technology, gave a keynote speech and introduced their digital transformation in human resources.
ZHU Xingming, Chairman of Shenzhen Huichuan Technology Co., Ltd., gave a keynote speech entitled “Genes of High Speed Growth”. He believes that HR must fully understand and stick to the philosophies of enterprise decision-makers and business leaders to hire and retain talents for enterprises.
FAN Houhua, founder and President of Transformation Technology & Wisdom Co., Ltd in Shenzhen, former Vice President of Huawei Overseas and former President responsible for the financial management transformation in Huawei, introduced Huawei’s digital transformation in marketing.
The subsequent forum, with the theme---“Organizational Evolution and Progress in Digital Intelligence Age”, was hosted by Professor FENG Yunxia, RMBS teaching excellence award winner and academic director of the school’s CHO courses. Speakers included QIAN Daqun, former Chairman and CEO of IBM Greater China, professor of management practice of RMBS, GAO Lan, Senior Vice President of global human resources of Lenovo Group, WANG Tong, Vice President of human resources of Bayer Greater China, LIU Fengyu, Director of human resources service of Microsoft Greater China, ZOU Juan, China management instructor, founder and executive coach of Harvard Business Review. Commentators were YANG Du, professor of RMBS and Chairman of China Human Resources Theory and Practice Association, and GE Jianhua, associate professor and Head of the Department of Human Resources.
On the afternoon of November 26, the awards ceremony was held.
YI Jingtao, Associate Dean of RMBS, ZHANG Kai, professor of the Department of Organization and Human Resources of RMBS, Vice Chairman of China Human Resources Theory and Practice Association, LAI Wei, Director of the Employment Service Guidance Center of China Disabled Persons’ Federation, and XING Ying, Deputy General Manager of FESCO jointly presented three awards, namely, 2021 China Human Resources Management Best Practice Award, 2021 Person of the Year Award of China Human Resources Management and 2021 Public Welfare Innovation Award of China Human Resources Management.
After that, corporate representatives spoke at the sessions to share their experience and best practice. They were LI Xiaolin, Vice President and General Manager of Human Resources Management Center and Operation Center of the Country Garden Group, LIU Feng, Senior Vice President of Beijing Kuaishou Technology, XU Zhenjie, Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of MINISO, and YU Juan, Chief Human Resources Officer of Yunnan Baiyao Group.
Started in 2007, China Annual Conference for Human Resources Managementis now known as the most influential annual event in the field of human resources management in China. China Human Resources Management Awards were first presented in 2011, and have become over the last 11 years a benchmark that showcases the best practice of industry insiders.
