EDP Participants Completed Study Tour in the U.S.

　　Headed by Associate Dean Prof. Xiangdong LIU and some administrators of EDP Center, a group of over ten EDP participants and alumni made an 8-day study tour in the United States from Oct.9 to Oct.16, 2011.
　　On Oct.10, Prof. David G.. Javitch from School of Public Health, Harvard University held a welcoming ceremony for the delegation, and gave a lecture on “Organization and Team Success Factors: Cambridge Design and Manufacturing Company Case”.
　　On Oct.11, Ms. Maya Weight, professor of management,. gave a lecture on “Leadership Research--Criteria for a Great Leader”.
　　From Oct.12 to Oct.16, the delegation made visits to MIT, Yale University and NASDAQ, the world’s second largest stock exchange where the delegation was warmly greeted by Joe Brantuk，Vice President of the Listed Division.
　　During the eight-day study visit, the EDP participants were deeply impressed by the world-renowned universities and inspired with broad perspectives through exchanges and communications. The visit also laid a good foundation for future cooperation between RBS and well-known universities in the States.
