RUC--NTU Cross-Strait Enterprise Case Workshop Held in Taipei

Based on the Cooperation Framework Agreement signed by RBS and NTU College of Management in April this year, a 6-teacher delegation visited Taipei for the RUC-NTU Cross-Strait Enterprise Case Workshop.

The participating teachers of both parties presented five jointly-developed initial drafts of enterprise cases covering strategic management, organization culture, marketing and operations management among other areas. The participants had in-depth discussions about the format, content and pedagogical methods of each case and detailed plan for follow-up actions. Both sides also reached an agreement at the workshop, stating that the case materials would be used in the EMBA program module on “Cross-Strait Operation Management Model” in this winter and next spring.
