Associate Professor LIU Xin’s publication been selected for the RRBM Honor Roll

Recently, the paper “In line and out of the box: How ethical leaders help offset the negative effect of morality on creativity” co-published by LIU Xin, Associate Professor from Department of Organization and Human Resources of Renmin Business School, and other authors in Journal of Applied Psychology has been selected for the Responsible Research in Business and Management (RRBM) Honor Roll.

The honor roll aims to award the scholars worldwide who have successfully transformed their research toward responsible science, producing useful and credible knowledge that addresses problems important to business and society. The publications are strictly selected based on the Responsible Research in Business and Management: Vision 2030 made by the Community for Responsible Research in Business and Management. On the one hand, the research input should benefit business and the broader society, locally and globally, for the ultimate purpose of creating a better world. On the other hand, it should have an impact on diverse stakeholders, especially research that contributes to better business and a better world.

* RRBM is dedicated to inspiring, encouraging, and supporting credible and useful research in the business and management disciplines. It is a virtual organization initially developed by a group of 24 leading scholars in 5 disciplines at 23 university-based business schools in 10 countries and now joined by a much larger community.
