Renmin Business School Holds Meeting with University of Maryland's Smith School of Business and Alumni Jiang Long Takes a Return Visit

On November 5, 2024, Jiang Long, Vice Chairman of Goertek Group and CEO of Goertek Inc., returned to Renmin Business School for a visit. He was accompanied by Liao Hui, Associate Dean of the University of Maryland's Smith School of Business. Yi Jingtao, Dean of the Renmin Business School, attended the meeting, which was chaired by Associate Dean Zhao Jing.

Yi Jingtao welcomed Jiang Long back to the university and presented him with a certificate appointing him as Vice President of Business School Chapter, Renmin University of China Alumni Association.

Jiang Long introduced the business operations of Goertek Group, while Liao Hui provided an overview of the Smith School of Business and discussed ongoing and future collaborations with Renmin Business School. The participants discussed the optimization of joint doctoral programs and reached preliminary agreements on dual-degree programs, DBA programs, EE Program, as well as international exchanges for faculty and students, and joint research initiatives. The discussions further explored ways to advance these projects, achieve mutual benefits, and foster shared development.
