The first event of the "Focus" series initiated by the RBS MBA Association was sucessfully held on March 15th, which host three MBA students of different cohorts and two guests, Mr. Hu Bin, partner of International Private Equity Investment Fund, and Mr. Liu Yong, Chairman of the Board, GuoWeiWang. The theme of this event was internet finance industry.
Three student presenters shared their knowledge and understanding of internet finance industry, including its history, embryonic form, P2P operation mode from overseas, virtual currency, crowd funding, domestic petty loans and mass data. One of the designers of Alibaba's YueBao introduced the development of the fund management platform which was originated from the collective ideas of both fund companies and clients.
"Focus" is a specially designed series developed by the MBA Association, aiming to provide an highly interactive platform for MBA students to exchange views. The second event will take place on March 28th.
