The speaker: 
　　Duncan Niederauer is the current CEO, Director of the Board and Member of the Management Committee of NYSE Euronext.
　　Since he took office as CEO, Mr. Niederauer has shifted the focus of the corporation’s global growth strategy to China. He oversaw the establishment of the NYSE Beijing Office, the first of its kind in Beijing.
　　Mr. Niederauer has visited China several times and had the honor of meeting Chinese leaders including Vice Premier Wang Qishan, former Vice Premier Wu Yi, the Mayor of Beijing Guo Jinlong, the Mayor of Shanghai Han Zheng, the Governor of the People’s Bank of China Zhou Xiaochuan, the former Chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission Shang Fulin and the Minister of Commerce Chen Deming. As the head of NYSE Euronext, Mr. Niederauer has spearheaded the corporation’s efforts to support China. For example, when Wenchuan, a county in southwest China was hit by a major earthquake in 2008, NYSE Euronext and its foundation made a donation of 500,000USD to assist in reconstruction. For his great contributions to Sino-US relations, Mr. Niederauer has been honored with an award from the US National Committee on United States-China Relations.
　　Mr. Niederauer joined NYSE Euronext in April 2007. His experience in the financial sector dates back 2 decades. He joined Goldman Sachs in 1985 and moved to its Equities Division in 1987. After Goldman Sachs acquired Spear, Leeds & Kellogg (SLK) in 2000, Mr. Niederauer relocated to the headquarters of SLK, where he ran its
