Li Jie, the Director of the Organization Department of the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese (AFROC) visited the School of Business, Renmin University of China on March 21. Accompanying officials included Wang Hui, section chief of the Cadre Training Center, Shou Changhua, section chief of the Office of Academic Affairs, and Cheng Hong, vice-section chief of the General Office of AFROC. Professor Mao Jiye, associate dean of the School of Business, and Professor Liu Xiangdong cordially met with Li Jie and the delegation along with Professor Liu Dongming, assistant dean of the School of Business and director of the EE Center, Mr. Zou Yufeng, vice director of the EE Center, Mr. Sun Mingchao, executive manager of the Custom Program of the EE Center, and Mr. LV Wenwei manager of international cooperation at the EE Center.

Associate Dean Mao Jiye extended a warm welcome to the delegation on behalf of the School of Business, speaking about the development of the School in recent years, especially the important progress achieved in internationalization. Professor Mao Jiye noted two significant events from the past year: the Academic Degree and Graduate Education Development Center of the Ministry of Education issued the third national assessment results of Level I subjects in January this year, in which the Level I subjects of Business Administration at Renmin University ranked first, and the School joined “the Global Network for Advanced Management” initiated by Yale University.
