ABSTRACT:
With the advancement of artificial intelligence, research incorporating these technologies is increasing in the fields of strategic management and international business. In today’s presentation, I aim to explore recent research trends in business studies using AI. First, I will discuss studies analyzing the impact of AI technology on consumers and companies. Second, I will cover research that uses supervised learning to assess the trustworthiness of sellers' or CEOs' voices, faces, or overall attitudes. Third, I will introduce research that uses both supervised and unsupervised learning to automatically classify patents, aiming to enhance research efficiency. Finally, I will briefly present my recent study, which uses leaders' facial data to predict election outcomes. So far, studies in business using AI have rarely explored areas involving reinforcement learning models. There is a need to pioneer new areas in predictive modeling and variable measurement based on a deeper understanding of advanced technology.
