Visit by MBA Students from the State University of New York at Buffalo

Over 20 MBA students from the State University of New York at Buffalo led by Honorary President Prof. John M. Thomas made a two-day visit at RBS starting from December 12, 2009.

In the morning of December 29, Associate Professor Zhang Chengsi of the School of Finance gave a lecture on Chinese finance in which he introduced the fiscal framework and financial development of China. Associate Professor Feng Yunxia of the School of Business gave a lecture on cross-cultural communication and Chinese culture. In the morning of December 30, the lecture given by Professor Zhou Tingrui of the School of Business on Chinese consumer behavior gave an overview of the behavior, way of thinking and consumption preference of Chinese consumers. In the afternoon, a cocktail party was held for exchanges between the visiting students and about 50 graduates of Buffalo-RBS EMBA program (a joint program launched in 1998).
