MBA-MSRE Double Degree Program Put Forward by NUS and RBS Jointly

Recently, RBS and Design and Environment school of NUS signed the collaboration agreement on MBA-MSRE Double Degree program. Dean Mao Jiye, associate dean Zhi Xiaoqiang, MBA Program Center Chair Zhou Yu, MBA Program Center executive director Li hong, Design and Environment school’s dean Lin Qibo, Real Estate department’s Chair Deng Yongheng, deputy Chair Liao Wenqi and Senior manager Yang Jia attended the signing ceremony.

Dean Mao claimed that real estate plays an important role in the national economy in China these years and Beijing has been one of the most booming real estate markets. An important industry like this will have a huge demand on talented employees. The strengths of subjects in RUC mainly focus on social sciences, including professional education and business management training. MBA program of RBS is in the lead in China and has ranked the World’s Top 50 by Financial Times. NUS has a complete range of subjects and is among the best business schools in the world, with solid strengths on environment design and real estate and the most established school of real estate.

This double degree program is a cooperation between RUC and NUS to recruit and teach students in English. The first year of studying is to finish IMBA courses at RUC and then MSRE courses at NUS, and students have to finish all courses and MBA graduation paper. Then the two universities will issue MBA and MSc. Real Estate double degrees.

This program will recruit IMBA students who are about to finish their first year study, and NUS will start their courses in August this year.
