Q: Have you heard about this forum before?
A: Yes, I have. It’s probably the biggest forum in the world on case study research. So, yes, of course I have heard about it.
Q: What motivates you to accept our invitation to attend this forum?
A: Well, I have turned down your invitation many times because I teach in Stanford this year. I am very busy. But this year I try to make room particularly because president Mao says it is the tenth anniversary. So I think it’s a good occasion to be sure that I would come.
Q: Aha, thank you for your coming. What’s the central thoughts that you want to convey through this forum? Both academic and non-academic thoughts are welcomed.
A: Well, I guess I want to convey to Chinese scholars my view on how to do case study research effectively. Qualitative case study research is also ascribed to become a good researcher. I think they are some key ideas
