Orientation Training for RBS Administrative Staff

　　RBS held its first orientation training session for administrative staff on April 18 and 19 during which the newcomers were introduced to the rules and regulations of RBS and to RBS culture.

　　Zhang Yajun, director of the RBS General Office, Zhang Xiaohui, director of the Financial Affairs Office, Jiangming from the Personnel Office, Zhang Lijuan, deputy director of the Computer and Lab Center and Dr. Qu Ci, legal advisor to RBS, oriented the newcomers to RBS’ administrative management system, application procedures for financial reimbursement, RBS personnel status, administrative department structure and function, stipulations for office facility use, OA system, student management, contract and intellectual property, etc. At the end of the training, the 11 new employees were divided into two teams for discussion and sharing of experiences.

　　This orientation marks an improvement in staff training. The Personnel Office of RBS will summarize the valuable experience from this session and collect feedback to optimize training content and contribute to the continuous development of administrative management.
