To advance business case studies of Mainland China and Taiwan, RBS and College of Management, National Taiwan University launched a joint EMBA module in 2011 called Discussions on Institutional Transition and Operating Mode, which targets businesses from both sides of the Strait and aims to build high operating efficiency in the background of China's institutional transition.

The four-day module encompassed diverse activities, including group discussion, museum visit, group poster design and individual presentation, which helped build a deeper understanding of the operating modes and structures of companies from across the Strait, China's policy environment in the transition period, and the leadership of Chinese style. This module was jointly delivered by faculty from both schools.
