From March 10 to 14, 2025, the 2025 Global Network Week (GNW) of the Global Network for Advanced Management (GNAM), hosted by the MBA Program Center of Renmin Business School (RMBS) at Renmin University of China (RUC), was held in Beijing. Under the theme "Insights and Opportunities: Decoding China's Digital Economy," the event attracted over 70 MBA students and faculty members from 16 GNAM alliance institutions worldwide, including Yale University, Hitotsubashi University, the University of New South Wales, National University of Singapore, the University of British Columbia, and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Zhi Xiaoqiang, Vice President and Member of the University Council of RUC, delivered an opening speech. He stated that this year's GNW brought together top MBA students from GNAM alliance institutions to explore cutting-edge topics such as the digital economy, green finance, and cross-cultural management. Through corporate visits, industry leader sharing sessions, and professor-led discussions, students gained deep insights into both academic theories and practical applications. This created a dynamic global dialogue that showcased China's economic vitality. Vice President Zhi expressed his hope that RMBS, leveraging the alliance as a platform, would continue to promote cross-cultural collaboration, contribute "Chinese solutions" to global business, and write new chapters in commercial civilization.

Yi Jingtao, Dean of RMBS, and Xuan Tianying, Secretary of the CPC RMBS Committee, attended the event and presented certificates of participation to the GNAM MBA students.

During the keynote lecture sessions, Wang Wen, Director of the Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies of RUC, delivered a speech titled "The Compound Interest of a Great Nation: Reassessing China's Value and Trends for 2035." Li Yinghao, Co-founder and CEO of MinTech, shared insights on "China's Silk Road 2.0: New Pathways for Globalization in the Digital Era." Lin Zhiying, Supply Chain Director and ESG Director of Sinopec (Hong Kong) Limited, made a remark on "Global Supply Chain Management and Innovation."

In the corporate visit module, MBA students visited leading Chinese IT companies such as Alibaba Cloud, iFlytek, Du Xiaoman, Xiaomi Auto, Baidu Apollo, and Yonyou. They engaged in in-depth dialogues with senior executives, gaining firsthand experience of the powerful innovations and technological advancements of these companies.

During the closing session, MBA students presented their learning outcomes in group presentations. Throughout the week, students from GNAM alliance institutions interacted extensively with RMBS MBA students, broadening their global perspectives. One visiting student remarked, "Through exchanges with peers from different countries, I realized that China is not only an economic powerhouse but also an innovative laboratory for cultural integration."

The 2025 GNAM International Week, hosted by the MBA Program Center of RMBS, not only facilitated cross-cultural exchanges among MBA students worldwide but also showcased China's rapid development and growing global influence in areas such as the digital economy, technological innovation, and cultural integration. In the future, RMBS will continue to deepen its collaboration with GNAM alliance institutions, contributing to the cultivation of future business leaders with a global vision.
