As one of the two universities in China to start MBA education, RBS launched a brand-new MBA training plan in the new school year of 2009 on the occasion of the approaching twentieth anniversary of MBA education. “SAIL Program----Press Conference of RBS MBA Program” was held in Mingde Business Building on September 10, offering a detailed description of this new plan to journalists from nearly 20 media.

The new training plan can be characterized by an English word—“SAIL”, standing for “Spiritual reconstruction”, “Action orientation”, “Internationalization” and “Learning through self-construction”.
